Had an initial snafu with my U-Haul order that my husband placed on U-Haul.com I called and Iliana answered (I’m sorry if I misspelled the name) she realized it was a snafu out of their control and acted promptly to fix the mistake. She was very kind and VERY courteous! Layer that day my husband called and old me Uhaul were going as trying to charge him more! I called the store and the employee Lindsay apologized and took the time to listen to my situation. I had my husband call since he was the name on the order. She wasn’t available but a management employee fixed the situation. My husband also ordered an additional Uhaul booking. We are happy with the price and responsive service. We appreciate the patient, calm and kind demeanor of the staff. Human/ third party communication mistakes happen but this location will 100% take the time to fix it and make sure you are taken care of! Thank you Illiana, Lindsay and management! Old school hardware shop. They usually have the unusual items. Need swamp cooler pads out of season to get your system ready before summer hits, this is the place. Their sales are good. Service is friendly and I even used their uhaul service once. Recommended
Was able to find metric hardware (high quality Hillman) and a specific drill bit size I needed for a tap. I've also rented u haul trucks and trailers here several times and the service was awesome.
They have cooler pads Home Depot doesn't! And same pad at Home Depot is $60 + MORE! Support your LOCAL BUSINESS!

Great little family-owned small business! We were in a bind trying to find horseshoes to get some horses shod, and although we ran late and got there after closing, they graciously let us in and even chatted it up with us. We really appreciate them saving our hides, and will be going here for our local horseshoeing supplies!
